In this way we help our customers to de-carbonize their processes using only Natural zero-warming potential Refrigerants - were at the forefront of industrial de-carbonation!</p><br><ul> <li>Factory Support: Proactively support production sites to elevate quality standards and optimize quality excellence.</li> <li>BU Quality Support: Provide expert advice and guidance to the Business Unit Compression Technologies on process improvement and quality enhancement across all organizational areas.</li> <li>Develop Guidelines & Procedures: Implement global quality guidelines and procedures in alignment with global QM and other Division quality functions to ensure consistency and best practices.</li> <li>Prioritization & Team Support: Coordinate all initiatives aimed at enhancing the QM System and Quality Processes. Offer leadership and support to sites in the adoption of an aligned QHSE management system.</li> <li>Manage Customer Returns: Oversee the end-to-end process for failure analysis related to customer returns, driving root cause identification and implementing corrective actions to mitigate costs associated with poor quality.</li> <li>End-to-End Quality & Operational Excellence: Promote a comprehensive quality approach and operational excellence throughout the Business Units value chain, from lean manufacturing to category management and procurement.</li> <li>Audits: Assist in preparing for external audits, re-certifications and corrective actions. Monitor compliance of certified sites with ISO standards and initiate corrective measures as necessary.</li> <li>Reviews: Prepare Divisional Management Reviews and the content of the Divisions.</li> </ul><br><ul> <li>Educational Background & Experience: Bachelors or Masters degree and a minimum of 5 years experience in Quality Management, preferably within a production or project management environment.</li> <li>Quality Management: Proficient in QM-Systems, international standards (ISO 9001), and the implementation of corporate Quality systems.</li> <li>Certified Auditor: Qualified to audit Quality Management Systems and suppliers (ISO 19011, VDA 6.3).</li> <li>Reporting: Demonstrated ability to prepare, collect and provide key Quality reports (based on KPIs) for different stakeholders.</li> <li>Training Support Experience: Skilled in applying continuous improvement methods (e.g., PCDA, Lean/Kaizen Green Belt, or Six Sigma Green Belt) and proven capability in resolving complex issues.</li> <li>Central Quality Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading intercultural Quality teams and fostering a high-performance quality culture.
