I’m looking for a Key Account Manager to support the continued growth of a top-tier industrial automation company, with a focus on developing and scaling key strategic relationships.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive profitable growth by designing, executing, and monitoring tailored strategies for key accounts
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with high-volume clients, ensuring mutual value and satisfaction
- Identify and assess potential key accounts by establishing clear selection criteria within the industry
- Take ownership of cross-functional projects aimed at deepening relationships with strategic partners
- Collaborate across departments to align account management initiatives with overall business goals
- Handle escalations and customer concerns swiftly to maintain trust and service excellence
- Lead negotiations and finalize contracts that optimize profitability while securing lasting commitments
- Consistently generate new sales opportunities and convert them into enduring client relationships
- Deliver regular updates and performance reports to both internal teams and external stakeholders
Your Profile
- Fluent in both English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated success in Key Account Management or Sales, ideally within automotive, robotics, or automation machinery sectors
- A strategic, results-driven mindset with a strong ability to hit and exceed sales targets
- Skilled in managing complex projects and presenting to a range of stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently, yet highly collaborative and team-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRM tools
- Willing and able to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
