Junior Business Development Consultant – Berlin

€28,000-30,000 basic salary + commission

Our client is a well-respected independent boutique recruitment firm with a stellar reputation in the IT and Digital sectors across Europe and the UK. With a team of 25 recruitment professionals spread across offices in Amsterdam, Berlin, Bristol, London, and New York, the company is experiencing significant growth.

The role:

Our client is looking for a talented Junior Consultant to join their top performing team of 8 colleagues in Berlin. The successful candidate will join a busy team placing high quality professionals specialising within the Technology market, whilst managing the full recruitment life cycle.

You’ll get 1-2-1 training and will work closely with your manager, ensuring you have excellent knowledge of recruitment and their sectors.

Starting on the candidate side of the recruitment process, you’ll expertly source and screen candidates, meticulously matching them to your clients hiring needs. You’ll progress into a full sales role where you will acquire new clients through business development, nurturing these relationships and expanding them over time. Supporting with interview processes & offer stages.

Experience needed:

• At least 1 years’ experience in a business development/ B2B role, where you have experience selling to new customers
• A recent University graduate
• Must have EU right to work and be fully fluent in English
• Exceptional communication skills
• You’ll have a strong entrepreneurial approach, business acumen, and willingness to learn the full sales process
• A competitive nature, as you’ll be working in a fast paced, dynamic industry
• Confident to expertly network with global candidates and clients
• Ability to be self-motivated and work autonomously
