Senior Account Manager, DACH

Remote or Hybrid (Munich, Germany)

Our client is a global leader in the electronic components industry, redefining how technology-driven businesses source and manage critical parts. With a strong focus on innovation, they combine deep market expertise with a cutting-edge digital platform that brings transparency, speed, and efficiency to a traditionally complex supply chain.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring impeccable service.
  • Provide recommendations and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct consistent outreach to customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Provide market feedback to inform business decisions.

Required skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a related role, ideally within the electronic components industry.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor components is a plus
  • Fluent in English and German (spoken and written) and proficiency in the local language required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen, and build trust and rapport.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
