WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As part of the Business Reporting II leadership team you take over the position as Senior Expert in Business Applications.

  • You lead a team both disciplinary and functionally, assign work tasks, agree on goals and regularly assess work performance, promote the interests of the employees and support them in their personal and professional development.
  • Supported by the experts of the team, you are responsible for the smooth operational service delivery and consistent high-level service quality, while ensuring the analysis as well as continuous optimization of processes.
  • In addition, you have a strong involvement in projects such as NGBA, where you are supporting and contributing to the definition of the new Business Applications solutions of the Operating Divisions as well as their data’s target strategy.
  • You are in close contact with the Operating Divisions, Global Digitalization, Corporate Finance and other departments from GB and lead multiple optimization projects at once, dealing with ambiguity, tight deadlines and rapidly changing priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Furthermore, you support digital initiatives, drive global processes harmonization and standardization.
  • In close cooperation with the management team, you contribute to strategic development of the department and support the management of the department through regular reporting.

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • degree with a focus on Finance, Accounting and Tax or comparable qualification
  • several years of professional and management experience
  • good knowledge of Accounting in accordance with IFRS and HGB or other local accounting standards
  • solid experience in Business Applications
  • fluent in English, German is a plus
  • confident handling of SAP R/3 and S/4HANA and interest in IT solutions

WHAT WE OFFER

  • 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options
  • Work mobile from other EU countries for up to six weeks
  • Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany
  • Gross annual salary (full-time): 76.000 - 80.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus of 25% of your gross annual salary, depending on the success of the company and individual performance.
