Job role: Unified Communications (UC) Engineer

Work Location: Munich, Germany

Contract Duration: 1 Year with option for Extension

Responsibilities:

Lead configuration, administration, and maintenance of Microsoft Teams (Meetings, MTRs, Calling, Chat), Cisco Collaboration Suite, Webex Cloud, and Cisco/Poly endpoints.

Oversee integration, testing, deployment, and upgrades of UC technologies in a multi-regional, geo-redundant setup.

Assist in AV design and deployment for new buildings and office expansions.

Maintain documentation and SOPs for deployed solutions.

Provide L3 support for telecom, voice, video, and network issues.

Act as escalation point for Global IT Helpdesk.

Conduct user training sessions, knowledge transfers, and create training materials.

Support VIPs and collaborate with executives and their admins.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
