He/She will be the one to ensure the good relation with working and management level of overseas bus manufacturers and will be able to coordinate the quality and logistics topics if needed – 1st window support to link among China, Europe office and customer and able to propose alternatives for solving issues when facing problem or misunderstanding

1. OEM information

OEM overviews/Volume Follow-ups/Vehicle plan/Medium and long term strategy/Competitors information

2. Customer relationship maintenance

•Ensure the good relationship with the customer and ensure 1st to management level communication;

•Attend regularly at sales, projects & supplier meetings on customer site, regular visit.

3. Awarded programs operating support

•Contract signature: GTC/nomination letter/contract/supply agreement/MOU/LOI/purchase order/warranty&after-sales service agreement, etc.

•Support ND cross-functional teams’ work: explain customer expectation/standards,

prepare templates to be fulfilled by teams, recognize project risks and take actions in advance to reach major project target;

•Consolidate data in various reporting files: OEM overviews / Price and Volume Follow-ups / weekly / monthly report, cost and investments cost breakdowns

•Interface with OEM Purchasing department: volumes delivery, price management (LTA, RMI, mechanism, …), RFI+RFQ follow up, overdues tracking, budget preparation;

4.Acquire new business

•Anticipate customer short and mid terms needs for Serial, RFQ and RFI relevant answers while securing and guaranting CATL interests (margin, image, …)

•Purchasing contract/legal topics, quotation/cost breakdown preparation with SPP team.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above is preferred；

2.First experience with new energy vehicle or energy storage related industries is preferred;

3.Overseas work experience or Automotive industry experience working for a tier 1 supplier is preferred；

4.Having good communication skills, and leadership skills;

5.Have a fighting spirit, multi-cultural aptitude, a strong sense of competition, a sense of pioneering, and a strong motivation for achievement;

6.Accept frequent business trips and can bear much pressure;

7.Proficiency in English.
