€50–60K base + uncapped commission (~€30K OTE)

This is a remote, full-time role based in Germany. You’ll work in a collaborative, international team and focus on closing new business (~70%) and growing existing clients (~30%).


We’re looking for talent with 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales—if you’re an ambitious, proactive communicator with a passion for education, this could be a perfect fit.



What you’ll do:


  • Drive the full sales cycle across the DACH region
  • Present cutting-edge EdTech solutions to faculty and academic leaders
  • Create and deliver your own territory sales plan
  • Collaborate with a global team and contribute to exciting projects
  • Travel for client visits (~5 days/month)


What we’re looking for:


Bachelor’s degree required

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or digital publishing)
  • Fluent German and strong communication skills
  • Self-starter, comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Passion for education, science, or digital learning
