This opportunity is ideal for senior consultants seeking to step into a leadership role focused on high-impact strategy engagements across the life sciences sector.
About the Role
As a Director, you will lead and shape strategic projects with top-tier pharmaceutical and biotech clients. You will guide clients through complex commercial challenges, from market entry to product launch and lifecycle planning.

- Commercial Strategy
- Go-to-Market Planning
- Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Pricing & Market Access Alignment
- Broader commercial transformation and growth initiatives
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex strategy engagements from planning through to execution
- Own and manage client relationships at the senior level
- Develop and mentor high-performing consulting teams
- Contribute to business development, including proposals and pitches
- Support internal capability-building and thought leadership initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in management consulting, with a strong focus on life sciences
- Background with a top-tier consultancy (e.g. Big 4 Strategy arms, MBB, boutique strategy firms)
- Proven experience delivering commercial strategy, brand, or go-to-market projects
- Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus but not essential
- Based in or willing to relocate to Germany
