SAP S/4HANA Transformation Partner (m/w/d) – Remote (ONLY for Germany based professionals)

Location: 100% full remote (Only Germany based professionals will be considered)

Required availability to travel up to 60% of the time

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Conditions: 150.000-250.000€/year (negotiable, depending on experience)

In this senior-level position, you’ll take on a leadership role with full business responsibility in a dynamic consulting environment. You’ll guide complex SAP S/4HANA transformation projects for clients in the industrial sector, oversee the complete technical architecture—including development and system integration—and grow your consulting practice as a self-managed unit with accountability for performance and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the overall strategic and technical direction of SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives
• Advise clients on high-level architectural decisions, transformation roadmaps, and key technology choices
• Lead SAP development and integration work from conceptual architecture through to hands-on implementation (including ABAP OO, ABAP Cloud, CDS, and BTP services)
• Design comprehensive SAP target architectures that support end-to-end business processes
• Implement cutting-edge technologies such as SAP BTP, Application Interface Framework, web services, RFC, IDoc/ALE, and integration frameworks
• Build and manage a high-performing project team, focusing on talent development and efficient resource planning
• Actively engage in business development efforts including bid preparation, pre-sales activities, portfolio growth, and fostering long-term client relationships

Your Profile

• You hold a degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a similar technical field
• You bring over a decade of hands-on experience in SAP consulting and architecture, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA environments
• You have deep technical knowledge in areas such as systems architecture, integration strategies, cloud platforms (e.g., SAP BTP), data management, and hybrid infrastructures
• You think strategically, act with entrepreneurial insight, and stay ahead of technological trends by evaluating and applying them proactively
• You are confident engaging with clients at executive (C-level) level and excel in building trust through both strategic and technical insight
• Your leadership style is clear and motivating, and you invest in your team’s growth with a long-term, ownership-driven approach
• You are fluent in both German and English, and open to business travel of up to 60%
