Regional Sales Manager

About the Role:

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives across commercial buildings, healthcare, education, and public sector infrastructure. You'll work with a portfolio of cutting-edge solutions spanning building management systems (BMS), energy optimisation, fire and security, and connected services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver regional sales targets across the German market
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with end-users, consultants, and system integrators
  • Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and delivery teams to offer tailored solutions
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity in the smart building space

About You:

  • Proven track record in technical or solution-based sales within building automation, HVAC controls, fire/security, or energy management
  • Strong network in the commercial or industrial building sector in Germany
  • Confident in consultative selling to senior stakeholders (Facility Managers, Real Estate Directors, Consultants)
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel within the region
