The Role

Reporting into senior management, you will be responsible for coordinating a technical team of service technicians, ensuring smooth and timely service delivery to customers.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily service activities and resource planning
• Coordinate incoming service requests and ensure they are completed on time
• Manage team meetings, schedules, and performance
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency

Qualifications and Skills

• A background in electronics, mechanics, mechatronics or engineering
• Prior experience managing a team of service technicians
• Good communication skills and a team oriented mindset
• Fluent in German and good understanding of English
• Experience in the medical technology sector is a plus but not a requirement
