To support its next growth phase, the company is looking for a highly motivated Strategy Manager (f/m/d) to join the Corporate Strategy & Business Development team.

? About the Role

The Strategy Manager will be a key contributor in the development and execution of strategic initiatives across the group. The role reports directly to the C-level and works closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Digital, and Operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage strategic growth and transformation projects from idea to implementation
• Develop market, trend, and competitor analyses to inform strategic decisions
• Build business cases, structure complex questions, and derive actionable recommendations
• Support the development of the annual strategy roadmap and business planning processes
• Collaborate across departments and with external partners to drive change
• Create executive-level presentations and decision templates
• Continuously identify new business opportunities, innovations, and ecosystem partners

? Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a strategy talent with strong analytical capabilities, a hands-on mindset, and a passion for impactful work in a dynamic environment.

Your background:

• 1–3 years of experience at a leading top-tier strategy consulting firm
• Experience in corporate strategy, business development, or transformation projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; confident in structuring and modeling
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders
• High degree of ownership, entrepreneurial spirit, and curiosity for digital and data-driven business models
• Fluent in German and English
