Our client, a global leader in enterprise technology solutions, is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with deep knowledge in Employee Central to lead high-impact projects for clients across Germany and beyond. With a flat, dynamic culture and over 1,000 SAP experts globally, you'll join a team that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and meaningful work.

? What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Translate client business needs into scalable, efficient solutions
• Conduct workshops, training, and solution design sessions
• Act as a trusted advisor on best practices and solution architecture
• Mentor junior consultants and support pre-sales efforts
• Stay ahead with industry trends and product updates

? What You Bring

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, with a strong focus on Employee Central
• SAP SF EC Associate Certification (Professional Certification is a plus)
• Strong analytical mindset and HR process knowledge
• Excellent client-facing communication skills (in both German and English)
• Passion for solving problems and building smart digital HR solutions
