Hobson Prior is seeking a Project Lead for a 12 month contract to oversee projects in quality services, laboratory operations, and manufacturing. You will ensure projects meet regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks while managing team collaboration and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead projects related to quality services and manufacturing.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather needs and provide updates.
• Work with different teams and vendors to ensure smooth project progress.
• Ensure all projects comply with life sciences quality and regulatory standards.
• Monitor project timelines and address any risks or delays.
• Lead meetings to align team efforts and track decisions.
• Ensure project documents meet quality standards.
• Manage all project stages, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the transition of completed projects to operational teams.
• Present project updates and reports to stakeholders.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality Management, or similar.
• Experience in managing projects in quality services or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in life sciences (e.g., GMP, FDA).
• Strong skills in leading teams and managing resources.
• Effective communicator with experience in facilitating meetings.
• Proficient in preparing detailed project reports.
• Problem-solving skills to manage project risks and delays.
• Familiarity with lab operations and manufacturing processes.
