Hlx Life Sciences are currently partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company in Germany, focused on the treatment of the Central Nervous System, including both psychiatric & neurological disorders.
They're currently seeking experienced Key Account Manager's (CNS & Multiple Sclerosis), to support nationwide for the launch of an innovative product as well as their existing product portfolio. They're ideally looking for:
Key Responsibilities
- Promote existing products and support the launch of new treatments in the field of multiple sclerosis, aligned with overall marketing and sales strategies.
- Achieve sales goals including market share, revenue, visit frequency, and territory coverage, with regular performance tracking and reporting to the Head of KAM.
- Conduct targeted visits to key stakeholders across outpatient, day clinic, and inpatient settings, maintaining an efficient visit rhythm and clear success metrics.
- Build and nurture strong relationships and networks with key decision-makers and opinion leaders in the MS community.
- Work closely with the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to align field efforts and ensure scientific and strategic synergy.
- Perform territory, competitor, and customer analyses; use tools like segmentation, potential analysis, and targeting to create tailored customer action plans.
- Engage in ongoing professional development by attending internal training, industry events, and conferences.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and documentation, including regular updates and reports to the Head of KAM.
- Lead price negotiations with key customers in line with company guidelines.
Your Profile
- Certified pharmaceutical representative (as per §75 para. 2 AMG), or a university degree in pharmacy, medicine, or life sciences.
- Must-have: Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Key Account Manager in pharma sales, specifically in multiple sclerosis or CNS
- Ideally, already connected with a strong network of relevant decision-makers.
- Experience working in both outpatient and inpatient MS settings.
- Confident collaboration with Medical Science Liaisons.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong track record of sales success.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluent in German with solid English skills.
- Willingness to travel as required, with high resilience and flexibility.
- Valid class B driver’s license.
