WTG Lead Engineering required for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in Germany.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering, wind energy technology, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable training.
  * At least 5 years of experience, preferably in a responsible project management position in the field of infrastructure or energy projects, ideally with experience in supply contracts for offshore wind turbines.
  * Sound technical background knowledge with in-depth knowledge of the design, manufacturing and installation processes of wind turbines.
  * Proven ability to lead complex projects and multidisciplinary teams in a highly dynamic environment.
  * Sound technical knowledge of large electrical/mechanical systems.

* Reliable, structured way of working and process-oriented thinking.
* Willingness to travel.
