Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee IT/IIoT security governance and frameworks.
• Strengthen the protection of critical infrastructure through layered security enhancements.
• Support emergency, incident, and crisis management activities (SIECM).
• Design and deliver a comprehensive, platform-wide security awareness program.
• Facilitate risk management activities, including third-party and vendor risk assessments.
• Drive cross-functional stakeholder engagement within a matrixed organizational structure.
• Promote convergence and alignment across all aspects of security.

Your Profile:

• Proven leadership and strong communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of IT/OT security principles and practices.
• Familiarity with standards such as ISO 27001, IEC 62443, CRITIS CRA/NIS2, and CRE.
• Hands-on experience with SCADA/ICS technologies.
• Business-oriented mindset with a focus on risk mitigation and measurable results.
• Proactive, accountable, and solution-driven approach.
