Rutherford is currently on the search for a Compliance professional to join a leading private credit investment manager with approximately £40bn AUM and a strong focus on mid-market investments across Europe. This role will be based in Munich and will involve supporting compliance efforts across multiple regions, with a particular focus on BaFin and FCA regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Support various compliance functions, including PA Dealing, Shareholder Disclosures, Marketing and other compliance-related matters.
• Provide regulatory advice to the investment teams.
• Assist the Chief Compliance Officer with compliance program initiatives.
• Help deliver and manage training across the business.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in a compliance role within private credit or a similar financial services environment.
• Fluency in both German and English is essential
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and investment vehicles.
