What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the full lifecycle of technical proposals for grid-connected and commercial BESS projects
• Interpret RFPs and tenders, defining clear technical and compliance deliverables
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and commercial teams to create tailored system solutions
• Produce detailed, high-quality documentation: system overviews, concepts, specs, and compliance matrices
• Represent the technical function in client clarifications and negotiation phases

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Systems, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in BESS design, technical proposals, or solution engineering
• Strong technical knowledge of BESS components: battery, PCS, EMS, HVAC, fire protection
• Proven experience with European utilities or grid-scale energy projects
• Business-fluent English
