Professional Requirements:

• Experience as Technical Supervisor/Leader at Triangular Knife
• Expertise at heat-treated, and alloy wear-resistant coating technology.
• Role critical for agricultural machinery component innovation.
• Work Experience: 5+ years
• Language: English
• Salary Range: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Supervisor:

1. Lead R&D of Triangular Knife Assemblies for agricultural machinery.
2. Develop technical standards for assembly components (including supplier coordination).
3. Design assembly processes (tooling/mold/fixture development).
4. Oversee R&D of related Triangular Knife shaft assemblies.
5. Master core technologies of production equipment (assembly line expertise).

Core Requirements:

• Germany: 5+ years in triangular knife assembly development.
• Russia: 7+ years in triangular knife assembly development.
• Full-cycle R&D expertise (from design to production).
• Focus: Priority given to R&D specialists familiar with Schumacher blade projects.
