Senior Manager - ServiceNow & GRC Consulting

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager or Manager specialising in ServiceNow and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Consulting to lead our digital transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in delivering high-impact ServiceNow GRC solutions, driving strategic client engagements, and fostering innovation within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow GRC solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and industry best practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on risk management, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and mentor a team of ServiceNow consultants, developers, and architects, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements gathering, solution architecture, implementation, and post-deployment support.
- Identify and drive business development opportunities, contributing to pre-sales efforts, proposals, and client presentations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and ServiceNow advancements, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, IT operations, and compliance to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow GRC solutions.
- Define and implement key performance metrics and success criteria for ServiceNow GRC implementations.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-8+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, with a strong focus on GRC, IRM (Integrated Risk Management), and Security Operations.
- Extensive knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering complex ServiceNow GRC implementations in enterprise environments.
- Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow including hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules, workflows, integrations, and automation.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and ITIL frameworks.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC, Risk & Compliance (preferred).
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field.
