We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong focus on performance marketing and content creation. You’ll play a key role in driving business growth through marketing campaigns, data-driven optimization, and high-impact content. You must be both analytical and creative, capable of turning insights into effective campaigns while collaborating across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling content for offline and online campaigns, including landing pages, social ads, and B2B presentations.
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Website, Email Marketing).
- Own lead generation strategies, marketing funnels, conversion tracking, and performance analysis.
- Manage marketing projects and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital and print touchpoints.
Requirements:
- Well-organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in marketing or a related field.
- Ability to develop clear, engaging B2B content and messaging.
- Demonstrated success with paid campaigns (search, social, display), lead generation, and funnel optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing analytics and tracking tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English; German or other languages are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B marketing within hospitality, food service, or furniture industries.
- Ability to capture and produce photo/video content for marketing use.
- Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, or marketing automation.
- International work experience or background in international teams.
