About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on master’s student to join our Test Lab team in Aldingen, Germany, for a 6-month internship. Our lab supports the development and validation of products such as encoders, counters, printers, and relays.
Your Responsibilities
- Standardize existing test procedures (e.g. EMC, thermal, shock and vibration testing).
- Develop automation proposals for selected tests (e.g. data logging, automated reporting, or notification systems).
- Support the planning of tests using tools like JIRA and help identify process improvement opportunities.
- Assist in creating test matrices for new and existing products and help organize necessary test equipment.
- Collaborate closely with test engineers and product development teams.
- Contribute ideas for a master’s thesis related to test automation or lab optimization – we are open to supporting your academic work.
Your Profile
- Enrolled in a master’s program in electrical engineering, mechatronics, software, or a related technical field.
- Prior experience in automating tasks, reports or measurements (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB).
- Comfortable with tools like JIRA and structured workflows.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
- Proactive, structured, and reliable working style.
- Interest in testing technology and industrial automation components.
