Sales Trading Fixed Income (Intermediate/Senior)

We are a growing securities institution and a member of all German stock exchanges, including XETRA. As we expand our trading activities and client relationships, we are strengthening our team and looking for a Sales Trading Fixed Income to join our office in Munich.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage client orders and subscription requests in exchange and OTC bond trading
• Monitor trade execution, booking, confirmation, and settlement
• Use trading support tools to optimize revenue and manage risk
• Apply and expand your knowledge across various bond trading product groups
• Analyze international market developments and trends
• Acquire new clients and maintain relationships with institutional investors (e.g., cooperative banks, savings banks, pension funds, insurers, asset managers, family offices)
• Travel for client acquisition and relationship management
• Engage with Tier 1 banks and issuers in primary market activities
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT applications

Qualifications

• Completed training as a bank clerk and/or a degree in economics
• Strong interest in and sound understanding of securities markets
• Fast comprehension and excellent analytical skills
• High motivation, initiative, and a structured approach to complex tasks
• Strong affinity for numbers and IT-based work
• Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel); Bloomberg knowledge is a plus
• Existing client network in relevant segments is a strong advantage
• Fluent in German and very good English skills with clear communication
