What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute category strategies for Mechanical & Fluid Power, Facility & Maintenance, or Automation & Control.
• Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate top-tier contracts for accelerated profit.
• Leverage digital insights to optimize ranging and boost performance.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from NPI to revenue protection.

Who You Are:

• Proven Category Manager/Buyer experience, ideally in industrial retail.
• Fluent in German & English with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• A collaborative, results-oriented problem-solver comfortable in a matrix, cross-cultural environment.
