SAP HCM Consultant

We are looking for several experienced (Senior) Consultants (m/f/d) in the area of ​SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) with a focus on payroll/payroll Germany. In this role, you will become part of our dynamic team specializing in the optimization and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and HCM solutions for our customers. Your responsibilities will include consulting, design, implementation, and further development of SAP HCM PY, with a focus on Employee Central Payroll solutions, to meet the individual requirements of our customers.


Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Advising our customers on the German SAP HCM PY modules and their integration into existing systems.
  • Analysis and optimization of business processes together with the customer teams
  • Implementation and configuration of German SAP HCM PY systems taking best practices into account.
  • Testing, quality assurance and bug fixing in close cooperation with customers.
  • Organization and implementation of training courses and workshops.
  • Support with presales activities.


Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in consulting and implementation of Denmark payroll (PY) SAP HCM.
  • Experience in the implementation and further development of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is an advantage.
  • Comprehensive understanding of SAP HCM PY and its integration into other SAP modules, especially SuccessFactors.
  • Knowledge of programming and customizing SAP HCM solutions is welcome.
  • Teamwork, customer orientation and independent work.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Very good knowledge of Danish and English.
  • Flexibility and some (approx. 20%) willingness to travel.
