Code Orion is seeking a Compliance Manager to ensure that the company and its products fully comply with all European regulations and licensing requirements. In the world of online gambling (slots, casino platforms), regulators demand documentation, audits, certifications, and proof of fair and safe gaming. The Compliance Manager’s role is crucial to make sure the company avoids fines, license issues, or platform blocks while supporting our mission to deliver high-quality B2B slot games across Europe. Responsibilities Regulatory Landscape Tracking: Monitor, interpret, and implement regulatory requirements across key European jurisdictions, including MGA, UKGC, the Netherlands, Germany, and Denmark. License & Regulatory Management: Manage gaming licenses, renewals, audits, and ongoing regulatory obligations. Compliance Policies & Controls: Develop, maintain, and enforce internal compliance policies and procedures (AML, KYC, responsible gaming, data protection, marketing compliance). Product & Technical Compliance: Work with product and development teams to ensure games and platforms meet legal and technical compliance standards. Certification & Reporting: Coordinate game certification with testing laboratories and prepare regulatory reports and documentation. Advisory & Training: Provide guidance and training to internal teams on regulatory requirements and compliance best practices. Qualifications Industry Experience: Experience in iGaming, online gambling, or other regulated industries. Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of European gaming regulations and licensing frameworks. Compliance Operations: Hands-on experience with licensing, audits, certifications, and regulatory reporting. Core Compliance Expertise: Solid understanding of AML, KYC, responsible gaming, and data protection requirements. Communication Skills: Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
