About the Role This position is for a Restaurant Auditor assigned to a client , focused on evaluating food safety practices, hygiene standards, and operational compliance within restaurant environments. The role involves conducting on-site restaurant inspections , assessing food handling and sanitation processes, and delivering detailed evaluation reports. This is an Independent Contractor position , hired through XML International and assigned to client . Conduct scheduled, on-site visits to assigned restaurants. Evaluate and document critical food safety and operational elements, including: Food handling, preparation, and storage practices Personal hygiene and cleanliness of restaurant staff Facility sanitation, equipment cleanliness, and general maintenance Compliance with local food safety regulations and internal food safety protocols Staff knowledge and awareness of food safety procedures Background in hospitality, food service, food safety, or health and safety is a plus. Willingness to travel locally as required for restaurant inspections. Contract & Employment Structure This role is offered as an Independent Contractor position through XML International , assigned to a client .
