Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate national and international commercial agreements. Assess legal and contractual risks and provide clear, pragmatic recommendations. Develop and standardise contract templates and oversee internal review workflows. Support claims handling and insurance-related matters. Advise regional management on day-to-day legal topics across the DACH region. Contribute to the preparation and delivery of internal legal training sessions. Maintain legal documentation systems and contract databases. Drive continuous improvement of internal legal processes and structures. Your Profile: Fully qualified lawyer with completed German State Examinations. Several years’ professional experience in an international corporate or comparable environment. Strong expertise in German civil and commercial law, with exposure to cross-border matters. Knowledge of procurement law is beneficial. Fluent German and very good English skills.
