Job Summary Time Manufacturing is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to support the Legal Department across a broad range of corporate, commercial, and compliance matters. This role plays a critical part in supporting manufacturing operations, contracts, litigation management, and regulatory compliance while partnering closely with internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts (NDAs, supplier agreements, customer contracts, service agreements) Maintain contract lifecycle management, including tracking renewals, amendments, and expirations Support litigation and claims management, including document collection, discovery coordination, and responses Prepare corporate governance documents, resolutions, and entity management filings Assist with compliance matters related to manufacturing, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements Coordinate with outside counsel, insurers, and internal business teams Maintain legal files, databases, and document retention systems Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys Support M&A, real estate, and employment-related legal matters as needed Assist with internal audits, policy updates, and training materials Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree; Paralegal Certificate preferred 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of contracts and corporate legal processes Experience with litigation support and e-discovery is a plus Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks relevant to manufacturing is desirable Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract/document management systems Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
